Tribute to Pat Smallwood, 1940 - 2017
Dedicated to the memory of Pat Smallwood
Me and my Sister and raising money for St Leonard's Hospice as in the final weeks of my nannas life they took the best care of her and was with her 24/7. She loved everyone who looked after her at the hospice and it was such a lovely place and environment. Any donations would be amazing and we'd be very thankful to pay something back to St Leonard's Hospice for everything they have done for my beautiful nanna.
